Trilogy Equity Partners is looking for a full-time Analyst to join our team in Bellevue, WA with a target start date of Summer 2026.
As an Analyst, you will be a critical addition to our growing investment team. You will work with our entire team and across all levels of our business to make meaningful impact and drive progress for our firm, our funds, and the portfolio companies we partner with. You will gain exposure to and develop deep skills in fund and business management, research methods and quantitative and qualitative analysis, financial modeling, best practices of high-growth startups and high-performing startup teams, gain subject matter expertise on cutting-edge tech innovations, and you will support all aspects of our fund management and our investment process.
Responsibilities
- Fund Operations
- Actively participate in internal fund management activities including owning parts of the annual valuation process, communicating quarterly updates to LPs, familiarizing with cap tables and term sheets, and tracking fund activity and related fund operations on an ongoing basis
- Event planning and execution on a regular basis
- Contribute to key team activities such as deep dives on various topics and developing research and presentations for our biannual team offsites.
- Deal Flow
- Perform research and identify high potential investment opportunities that overlap with our investment thesis
- Manage our deal flow pipeline tracking and metrics
- Partner with the team to meet with entrepreneurs
- Grow your network across the Seattle and Pacific Northwest startup and founder communities
- Investment Evaluation and Deal Execution
- Partner with the team to evaluate potential investment opportunities using quantitative and qualitative methods. Assist the investment team with all aspects of deal execution from due diligence to term sheet
- Create reports, investment memos, and presentations in which you synthesize information from your own research
- Interact with industry experts, build financial models and conduct market analyses
- Portfolio Company Support
- At times, support portfolio companies with activities such as financial modeling, market analysis, competitive positioning, and go-to-market strategies
About You

- 0-2 years of work experience
- Highly motivated self-starter, intellectually curious, and detail oriented
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for early-stage investing, entrepreneurship, startups, and the latest innovations in tech
- A basic understanding of fundamental business analysis, financial/accounting/valuation concepts, and financial modeling
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, computer science or other related quantitative field (e.g., math, engineering)
